Dell Technologies

This was my first exhibition in Dubai and it definitely had it’s moments. We were working with some great clients, but across multiple time zones (which was an interesting challenge). Dell were after something new, modern and vibrant. I think we hit the ball out of the park with the execution of this exhibition. We had live, interactive chats and demo areas all around the stand, with a party to cap the whole event off for the Dell team.

An annual event in the Dell calendar. It’s an opportunity to show how Dell Technologies’ IOT and OEM solutions can provide innovative security for an
evolving workforce.

The Brief

 

To position Dell Technologies as a leader in the OEM security space, we designed and built a stand that conveyed a visual representation of the abstract concept of data. By drawing from industrial, technical and futuristic structures we aimed to demonstrate the range of business and partner solutions in an engaging way.

We devised a stand that would install a sense of safety and trust, positioning Dell Technologies as a security solutions leader.  To many of the attendees at Intersec, the environment would be very familiar with stands all blurring into one, so we developed eye catching imagery to support digital content, with an innovative built in order to stand out from the crowd.

The build used a bright selection of built in LED lighting and tubing to set the tone of the stand.  A welcome desk and two product showcase pods were positioned front and centre, with an 86” Dell Large Format Monitor for live presentations and Q&A across the three day event.  We focused sales messaging through six modular partner displays that incorporated live demonstrations and products showcase supported by Dell Technologies specialists.

The sleek, professional and unique design was eye-catching for footfall, and the Dell sales team were on hand to educate and inform. This conveyed the sense of innovation, safety and trust that we wanted, allowing Dell OEM’s sales team to increase SRLs and pipeline.

Dell supplied us with a creative treatment with imagery we need to include within the event branding.

With this event being in Dubai, we were challenged to push the brand boundaries to be unique whilst still being compliant with Dell brand.

In addition to this, we used vibrant lighting, engaging speakers and focused visuals on the displays in order to increase sales ready leads and pipeline year on year

Assets supplied by Dell

We branded the whole stand with the same style as the digital assets we created above. We worked with the client and Dell brand team to keep the messaging to streamlined, so that the content and demos spoke for themselves. We had really great feedback from this event, and I’m really happy with how it’s turned out.
